Recipes:
Using low-saturated fat, low-cholesterol recipes makes it easier to cook healthful meals.
Try substituting these low-saturated-fat ingredients:
Whole Milk (1 cup) = 1 cup fat-free or nonfat milk + 1 Tbsp. unsaturated oil.
Heavy Cream (1 cup) = 1 cup evaporated fat-free milk or 1/2 cup low-fat yogurt and 1/2 cup plain low-fat cottage cheese.
Sour Cream = Low-fat cottage cheese plus low-fat or nonfat yogurt.
Butter (1 Tbsp.) = 1 Tbsp. polyunsaturated margarine or 1 Tbsp. polyunsaturated oil.
Shortening (1 cup) = 2 sticks polyunsaturated margarine.
Eggs (1 egg) = 1 egg white plus 2 tsp. of unsaturated oil, or use a cholesterol-free egg substitute.
Unsweetened Baking Chocolate (1 oz) = 3 Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder or carob powder + 1 Tbsp. polyunsaturated oil or margarine.  Carob is sweeter than cocoa, so reduce sugar in recipe by 1/4.

When writing a will an adult must be in sound judgment and mental capacity and the document must clearly state that it is your will.  An executor of your will, who ensures your estate is distributed according to your wishes, must be named.  Having a will notarized or recorded can safeguard against any claims that your will is invalid.  To be valid, you must sign a will in the presence of at least two witnesses who are over age 18 and competent and also totally "disinterested" in the will.  Witnesses should be carefully selected.
Review your will often and especially when the value of your assets changes, you marry, divorce or remarry, you have a child, you move to a different state, the executor of your will dies or becomes incapacitated, one of your heirs dies or the laws affecting your estate change.
